  6. I see a "Scripting Error" message.

This problem appears in Internet Explorer 4.0 or 4.01. There are two solutions: Download the FREE Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack at www.microsoft.com or Upgrade to Internet Explorer 5 (or higher) for FREE at http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

  7. I get a "login failure" message.

There are several possible reasons for this: You used the wrong ID or Password. Type your Account#/Password exactly as you registered it. In most cases, you can fix this problem by clearing your browser's cache and starting over.

  8. I get an error message (Javascript, etc.) or it freezes.

Use the latest version of your browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 (or higher) or Netscape Communicator 4.7 (or higher.) To visit or to update your browser for FREE, use the latest version of the Java Virtual Machine (JVM). Visit www.microsoft.com, select "search by keyword," and look for Microsoft Virtual Machine. Once you have located the file, you can now download it for FREE.

  9. I am unable to use the betting module after I view the live video.

You will need to change the settings for your Media Player to view the video in a separate window. To do this you will need to select the "View" menu at the top of your browser and then select the "Explorer Bar" menu option. Within the "Explorer Bar" menu option select "Media". This will place the Media toolbar on the left side of your screen. Click on "Media options" at the bottom of your toolbar and select the "Settings" menu option. If the "Play web media in the bar" is checked you will need to uncheck the option by clicking on it. You can now close the media tool bar by clicking on the "X" in the upper right corner of the Media toolbar. The live video will now play in a separate window wich will allow you to use the betting module.
