Horizon Twenty, SA ("Company") legally owns the site of eHorse.com . The Company is located at and governed by Costa Rica. Horizon Twenty Billing and Customer Support LTD in Cork, Ireland is an e-Cash subsidiary company for the Company’s credit cards transactions.
1) Registration and the Wagering
To play at eHorse, you must sign-up for an account and provide the required information. To ensure efficient and timely service, you must provide us accurate and current information, and these information should be updated frequently. To choose which wagering option is best for you, see Internet Wagering and Phone Wagering. Know your wagering rules. Retain a copy of all transactions, rules of the game, regulations and payment methods in order to avoid misconception and discussions at a later time.
2) Legality of Participation in Wagering Events
It is possible in some locations that wagering with a legal off-shore book is prohibited.It is recommended you only participate in gambling events if it is legal for you to do so according to the laws that apply in the jurisdiction from where you are connecting or calling. You must understand and accept that eHorse is unable to provide you any legal advice or assurances. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that at all times you comply with the laws that govern you and that you have complete legal right to play in any eHorse Events (“Events”). Participation in the Events is void for whomever and/or wherever prohibited by law. Moreover, the Company requires that the participant must be at least 18 years old.
3) Play for fun
The “ Play for fun”, is only for demonstration purposes. You are provided with a bogus fund. No actual monetary fund is added or deducted from your account, thus is not transferable or negotiable for any bona fide currency within an Account.
4) Online Gaming Program
Installation is not necessary to use online wagering, but your system has to be equipped by required platforms to fully enjoy the eHorse online gaming features. eHorse is protected by copyright law. Tampering or data manipulation is prohibited by the Company.
5) Depositing Funds
To fully activate your account, you will be required to deposit bona fide funds into your account by any Payment Method specified by eHorse.com, which may change from time to time in Company’s sole discretion. Generally, said funds will be promptly deposited into your Account upon actual receipt of funds by Company and/or its agents. In any transactions, it is recommended to print any transactions, statements, and confirmation for your reference. All funds will be paid, tracked and maintained in United State Dollars, except as otherwise stated, and shall not bear interest.
6) Bonuses
Bonuses amounts credited by Company into your Account for promotional and adjustments purposes may only be used to play in eHorse.com or unless specified. You are not entitled to cash in, transfer or withdraw such amount. Further, the company reserves the right to reclaim or cancel any bonus if you do not use them within the period of time specified. Cancellation or Withdrawal of non-wagered deposit will forfeit you from receiving the bonus.
7) Cash In and Withdrawals
The Balance is the verified amount you deposited into your Account, plus or minus any accrued winning or losses from actual wagers and sport book transfers, less any cash previously withdrawn by you or amounts forfeited, credited, or reclaimed by the Company. You may request to cash in and withdraw any or all of your balance at anytime and there are no requirements to play in any eHorse Events in order for you to make such request. Payments Method will be by check, wire, credit card and/or any way which the Company selects in its sole discretion.
8) Refund and Cancellation
You may refund or cancel your deposit only if the deposit has not been used to wager. The said method will only put back via the Payment Method you used to deposit the amount, applicable charges may apply. You can cancel or void a wager before the event’s post time. If the accepted wagers were on a non-existent or unavailable pool, would constitute a refund of the wager.
9) Security and Confidentiality
The Company is licensed and protected under the Costa Rican Law. Under such rights, all personal and financial information of customers is in strict confidentiality, unless required by Costa Rican Law. By disclosing your personal information to the Company, your consent to the collection, storage, transfer, and processing of your personal information for the purpose of completing your account related transactions and for Company’s internal administration and analysis. Your information will not be sold or disclose to a third party. eHorse is certified by Verisign as a secured site. All phone calls to eHorse will be recorded and will only be used to settle any disputes.
10) Abandonment of Account Balance
The Company reserves the right to cancel your eHorse Account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. After sign-up, if you do not fund your account in a period of one-hundred eighty (180) days, your account will be de-activated and eventually closed. If account has been initially funded but you have not access your account by “logging in” or “calling in” by using your Account ID and password for a period of 365 days, your account will be de-activated and the entire Account Balance will be considered abandoned and forfeited. However, provided the logging in and entry is not and does not represent any requirement to put an actual wager.
11) Forfeiture and Account Closure
Company reserves the right, it is forbearing caution, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in eHorse Account, as well as Company related account including other website and casinos owned or operated by Company) in any of the following circumstances:
i) If you have more than one active account at eHorse.com;
ii) If you provide incorrect or misleading registration information;
iii) If you are not of legal age;
iv) If you connect from a jurisdiction where participation in the Wagering Events is prohibited by law;
v) If you have “charged back” or denied any of the purchase or deposits that you made to your Account;
vi) If you attempted to manipulate the pool ; or
vii) If you attempted to wager more than the stated limit through multiple wagers or multiple account.
12) Settlement of Claim or Disputes
All wagers are recorded and once wagers are verbally confirmed we cannot change or void a confirmed wager. When wagering over the Internet, you have no action unless you receive a confirmation number. Thus, print the confirmation given when you confirmed the wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between the result and your wagers, present confirmation number for efficient response.
